I haven’t used cloth bibs in a long while. I don’t even use them for my newborns because I just use a burp rag if I feed them a bottle. Once they hit the time to eat solids, I have used my old standby bibs that I’ve liked because I can throw them in the washing machine and dishwasher.
When I was introduced to Silikids Bibs, I thought I would try to stop being so “snobbish” and try a different brand. The Silikids silicone bib is not bulky and is easy to roll and travel with. The bib is great because it is easily rinsed or washed in the dishwasher (which I said is the best about some bibs). It’s also hypoallergenic. The bib is really cute.
The only downside for me is that my son is a big guy at 13 months. The bib is made for infants that have just started solids and is rather small. It also does not have a catch pocket. If the bib would grow with the child, that would be great! This is definitely something I wish they would improve and then these bibs would be right up our alley! If you have a child that is just on baby food though, these are perfect!
