On Tuesday, July 31st, Crocs will be celebrating their 10th birthday by ringing the NASDAQ opening bell in New York City. They’ll also be celebrating in Times Square with a giant Crocs shoe-shaped cake made of thousands of cupcakes with Katherine and Sophie, the owners of Georgetown Cupcake, the stars of TLC’s hit show “DC Cupcake.”

- From 7/31 – 8/2, Crocs will offer 10% off online purchases of the Jayna shoe in Raspberry – the favorite style and color of the Georgetown Cupcake gals!
- On 7/31, fans can participate in fun Crocs trivia on Crocs Facebook page (also look for trivia on Georgetown Cupcake’s Facebook page!) for chances to win free cupcakes.
- Crocs will also be sharing special Georgetown Cupcake’s recipes on Pinterest for fans to make at home on 7/31.

This fall send your kids back to school in style with a new pair of shoes from Crocs. The new fall styles look a lot different than Crocs traditional clogs but they offer the same comfort that the brand is known for. Crocs Hover Easy On shoes are perfect for school with their closed toes, enclosed heels and non-marking soles. The hip lace-less style won’t leave your kids with an improper fit. Crocs remedied the “floppiness” of no laces by adding hidden Velcro under the lace holes that attach to the tongue of the shoe allowing an adjustable fit. Priced at just $40 per pair, Crocs Hover Easy On kids shoes are an affordable option for back to school. Currently available in Pink Lemonade/Fuchsia and Sea Blue/Smoke, watch for a new floral print and other colors coming out soon.
Aren’t they cute?! My three year old daughter McKinley received this style and they completely suit her personality. My five year old, Jackson received the Sea Blue/Smoke pair pictured above. I love the blue with grey accent style. Both pairs are great because they’ll go with so many of their school outfits plus, they’re lightweight and comfortable. Many tennis style shoes can be heavy and bulky, but not these. The part I love the most though is the addition of Velcro on the tongue. Genius! Most laceless style shoes either have elastic which is often super tight and hard to get on or nothing making them too sloppy. The Velcro gives them a great fit and allows them to be put on and taken off with ease. Once again, Crocs comes through with another great style of shoes.
