I’ve been eating a lot more salads lately and I’ve found that it’s actually really easy to grab for a quick lunch! Rather than going with plain iceberg lettuce I can really pack a more nutritious punch with products from organicgirl. I love that their products are washed three times — one less thing for me to do! This actually saves me a lot of time at dinner, too. Here are the ones we tried:

- i heart baby kale – A superfood salad with tender, tasty baby kale, tango, baby spinach, baby green chard, green romaine, baby green oakleaf lettuce
- baby spinach – Tender, nutritious baby spinach leaves
My personal favorite was the i heart baby kale. We’ve just starting eating kale at our house and I had no idea there was a baby version. This mix not only looks pretty with all different shaped greens but it adds a variety of vitamins and nutrients to our diet. My kids are just starting to nibble on salad at dinner instead of refusing to eat any at all. The best way for me to get them to eat greens is with green smoothies. Again, I love that I can just toss it in — no need to wash it first!
