Our phone books never even make it into the house- they go directly into the recycle bin. Does anyone actually still use a phone book these days?!

Guess I must be living in the dark ages! I still use mine all the time. Really, 10 percent?? Would have never guessed!
Actually, yes! We do use ours. It has been necessary for us to have one because we live in a rural area where it is not unusual for us to experience disruption in our satellite Internet service or, worse yet, our power. We’d love to be able to always look numbers up online, but that isn’t possible for us.
