I love trying new products, especially ones that smell good! I find aromatherapy an interesting concept and figure it can’t hurt to give it a try. I was lucky enough to try all of these products and it’s tough to pick a favorite! For me, I think the Breathe Body Wash was the most effective. My allergies this summer have been horrible and the over the counter meds I’ve been taking don’t seem to help. I wake up every morning to a stuffy/runny nose and itchy eyes. The aroma of the Breathe Body wash in a steamy shower helps to get my day off to a good start by clearing my sinuses.
The Awaken Room & Body spray smells great and really is uplifting. I prefer it as a room spray because the lemongrass reminds me a little too much of a cleaning product. Great for the house, not so great as a perfume.
I tried both the Embrace Body Lotion and Breathe Body Lotion. I really like the formulation because it moisturizer and absorbs well into the skin without leaving a greasy feeling. The Ebrace fragrance smells amazing! I’ll be keeping the Breath scented one as a cooling foot moisturizer not only because it works great for the feet but because I don’t care for the fragrance lingering on my body. Great in the shower, not so great as a scented body lotion.
The final product I tried was the Jasmine Orange Lip Balm. I had high hopes for this one but found it to be just okay. It works decent as a protectant though it lacks SPF. I didn’t find it to be very effective at moisturizing dry lips and it has a bit of a waxy feeling. On the good side, it smells great and works well overnight — I sleep with my mouth open due to those darn allergies and it dries out my lips if I don’t keep something one them.
