We went to the circus last night and it was SO much fun! If you get a chance to see the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey FullyCharged show, don’t pass it up! Make sure you get there an hour early because the pre-show is free with your tickets and the kids will get a chance to be up close to the action and maybe even have the opportunity to participate! Everyone is welcome down on the floor where the performers get you pumped up for the party!
My youngest just turned 3 last week and my other two are 4 and 6 — the perfect ages for a show like this. The show is about two hours long with a short intermission in the middle. All three of my kiddos stayed engaged the entire show but my youngest interacted the most, clapping along, dancing and cheering. It’s a high energy, fast paced show so it’s no wonder the kids were enthralled. It’s not every day you see dancing dogs, fire jugglers, sword throwers, motorcycle cage driving, tight rope walkers, elephants and camels! It’s so hard to pick out what our favorites were!
My girls really liked the animals. The dogs were really cute and fun to watch — one of them rode a skateboard while another danced across the stage and did all sorts of tricks. My oldest daughter McKinley loves horses. There was the funniest miniature pony that came out and made us all giggle but the real treat was at the end of the show when the elephants came out — such amazing animals!
Of course my son loved the motorcycles. I was completely amazed by them too. They drive around inside a small metal sphere and at one point there was a woman standing inside the very small cage with the two motorcycles — it was crazy!
