Moxie Glass Straws
Straws aren’t just for kids. In fact, Moxie Glass Drinking Straws are geared more towards adults. Moxie Glass Inc. makes some super cool and unique glass straws in a rainbow of colors and designs. Made from pyrex glass (think kitchen bakeware) these straws are temperature resistant which means you can use them in iced drinks as well as hot coffee. They are also microwave and dishwasher safe!
The benefits of glass drinking straws are that they are hypoallergenic and BPA free. Moxie Glass straws come with a lifetime warranty for normal use and while the straws are sturdy, they are glass and caution should be used to prevent dropping them from any height.
I’m a big water drinker. I like to use cups with a lid and straw. Moxie Glass offers Mason Jar to Go Cups that hold 16 oz of liquid. The lid is a two piece canning jar with a stainless steel grommet in the top for the straw. Like the glass straws, the jar is safe for hot and cold beverages. The lid is BPA free and recyclable.
One thing I hate about the cups I usually use is that I can never get the plastic straws clean. Moxie Glass offers a cleaning brush for only $2. This little brush will help keep your straws fresh and clean. The white nylon bristles are attached to a twisted 5.5 inches long handle that will bend easily so it works for the bent straws too!
I like the bent straws because it reminds me the bendy straws I loved as a kid. Plus, it looks cute in the glass jar!
