What does your to-do list look like? Does it include scheduling appointments? Mine often does and I have a bad habit of not remembering to check it off the list until after hours when businesses are closed. It’s frustrating not being able to make appointments when it’s convenient for me. Ethan Anderson, a technology entrepreneur, created a website and app called MyTime that makes it easy to book all of your appointments from acupuncture to oil changes to yoga on your own time, even when businesses are closed.
Aside from the convenience, using MyTime can also help you save money! To help businesses fill their open time slots, discounts are often offered for booking 0ff-peak appointments. Over 2 million businesses nationwide are on MyTime and many of them even accept payment right through the app. Many businesses have connected their online calendars directly with MyTime meaning your appointments will be confirmed instantly. In other cases the business will be contacted by MyTime to confirm your appointment or give you other options for available time slots. You will be notified via text and/or email.
You can view a list of businesses with available appointments, or see them portrayed graphically on a map. You can even read reviews that other users have left about the businesses before booking.
The MyTime iPhone app is currently available in the Apple App store and offers the convenience of on-the-go appointment booking to millions of iPhone users. With the tap of a button, you can now find, book & pay for all of your appointments online. Search by distance, service type or business name. Favorite businesses can even be imported directly from your iPhone contacts and calendar!
Schedule on your own time with MyTime. Find out more at www.mytime.com.
