I just love a good success story! Raw Revolution started out with one mom’s desire to give her kids healthy snacks that taste good. As a registered nurse and natural food chef, Alice concocted some creations and started making them in small batches and sold them to local stores. The bars sold out within days so she decided to go bigger. She developed new flavors and put together a production line.
Ten years later Alice and her husband Dave are producing millions of Raw Revolution bars a year. The bars are now sold through major retailers both in the United States and overseas. Each one is still made at Alice and Dave’s family owned factory just outside of New York City.

I’m almost always a fan of healthy bar snacks I can grab and go. These were no exception. There are a lot of flavors to choose from and they are organic, gluten-free, non GMO, Kosher and Vegan. They have a decent amount of protein and fiber and are rich in Omegas. The bars are soft and chewy. They aren’t super flavorful and are a little on the bland side but without any unpleasing flavors. These aren’t candy bars though so I didn’t expect them to taste like dessert either. While these probably won’t satisfy my cravings, they do a great job of satisfying my hunger which is why I eat them to begin with! Check out the flavor options:
