Not all granola is created equally. In fact, some of it probably isn’t nearly as healthy as you think! My kids love granola so I try to find varieties that are more nutritional and not loaded with sugar. Mamma Chia has recently introduced a new line of granola that we love. It is available in 3 flavors:

Every serving of Mamma Chia Vitality Granola Clusters provides 1500 mg of Omega-3s, 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber (20% of the recommended daily value!). Talk about a healthy snack! It’s great to eat by the handful or in a bowl with milk.
Our favorite way to enjoy it though, is as a yogurt (or even ice cream!) topping. Mamma Chia Vitality Granola Clusters make it easy to add nutrition to breakfasts and snacks. The product is gluten-free, soy-free and dairy-free so it can be consumed by the masses! 
Snack or breakfast? Either way, my kids love this! And I love that I’m sneaking in healthy benefits with whole rolled oats, nutrient-rich chia seeds and other goodies sweetened with golden honey and rich molasses. Needless to say, my kids aren’t the only one that enjoys this product! Pass the granola!
