I’m typically not a “dress” person. I very seldom wear dresses but when I saw the new 2-in-1 bamboo dress from Cariloha I had to have it. First, I’m a sucker for anything that’s versatile. Second, I just loved the style of these dress that seems casual yet dressy all at once. Pair it with some heels or some flip flops depending on your mood or the occasion.
As expected, the material is incredibly soft and flow-y with some stretch. I received the dress pictured at the top in Stripe Charcoal but it’s also available in Black, Coral Red, and Stripe Jade. The solid colors have a little bit more dressy feel to me while the stripes are a bit more on the casual side.
When worn as a dress you can choose to wear it strapless or halter style with it tied at the back of your neck. The ruching is completely adjustable so you can get the look and fit you want. This dress can also be worn as a maxi skirt with a fold over stretch panel ruched at the waist! I’m very small chested so I didn’t love the way it looked on me as a dress so I’m glad it makes an adorable skirt too! It pairs perfect with tank tops and is great for the beach and running errands — it’s super comfortable!
