If I had all the time in the world, back to school shopping would be something I really look forward to. Unfortunately, I have zero spare time without 3 kids in tow. Shopping with all of them is a nightmare. That’s why I love Kohl’s. I can do all of my shopping online but if something doesn’t work out for any reason, there’s a Kohl’s store just minutes from my house to make returns or exchanges. This saves me time, money, and my sanity!
Kohl’s gave me a gift card to help with our back to school needs. Initially I thought I would use most of it on my son. He’s only 8 but already has a thing for Nike. Kohl’s has an awesome selection of Nike apparel, especially online! But then I had a wandering eye and saw a couple of dresses I thought my 6 year old daughter would love.
Turns out I was right. Look at that smile on her face. This is her new favorite color and she’s been asking for a dress with JUST this color in it. The Floral Burnout Skater Dress was only $20.99.
When I saw the Speechless 4-Point Lace Knit Dress I thought it would go really cute with these new boots she already had. Paired with a jean jacket from her closet, I think this look came together really well and the dress was only $14.40! It’s also available in several other colors/patterns. It’s hard to see but the top part is lace. So pretty!
This girl LOVES her dresses so I knew I’d have to find something super cute to get her to wear pants. Mudd skinny jeans were a staple last year so I bought her some more this year. Paired with this Self Esteem Tunic Top with Braided Belt and infinity scarf, it’s the perfect look for fall. For just $16, it was a steal and now she has a fun accessory she can use to get creative with a different outfit! It makes her feel so grown up!
I did take the kids into Kohl’s the other day because we had a couple of birthday presents we needed to pick up. My daughter saw this Seahawks shirt and just had to have it. I had some kohl’s cash to spend so I let her get it. Now she’s ready for Blue Friday! Go Seahawks!
My son is pretty easy to shop for, especially now that Panther Pride is in full effect. If it’s red or black, he’ll wear it! I always buy long sleeve thermal shirts at Kohl’s to layer under tees when the weather gets cold. These were only $11.99 and help stretch his wardrobe. I kind of tend to stick to basics so I also picked him up a black Nike tee, some red and black socks and a pair of red and black Fila Shorts. We usually go with Nike shorts but I liked the design of these and they were only $9.60 so I couldn’t pass them up.
The socks with the 2 on them were a super cool find. Jackson plays football and he’s #2. He has to wear red socks for games but these are great for practice and help me spot him on the field! Even though It’s pictured like you only get one number in a pair, you actually get 2 of the same number. I think they are showing the front and the back of the sock but had I realized this, I would have also ordered a pair of #0. Those are definitely going on my next order!
For everything pictured for both my son and my daughter plus one more Nike tee that isn’t pictured, I only spent $115.68! School starts next week for us and the only thing left that I need to get is a backpack. Guess where we will be headed this weekend? Kohl’s of course!
