I’m always on the look out for snack for our family of five that are in the healthier side. I’m not a health nut by any means but if I can keep the snacking healthy I don’t feel like a complete failure as a mother. With picky kids, it isn’t alway easy to do. Last week I was sent a giant box of Cosmos Creations premium puffed corn and it is AWESOME! Personally, I can’t get enough of the Cheddar and Pepper flavor. It is SO good! Other flavors include:

All Cosmos Creations flavors are gluten-free, trans-fat free, have zero kernels or hulls and less than 160 calories per serving. They are available in full sized bags and snack sized bags. My kids like picking out which snack size to take in their lunch everyday and I love the convenience of it. It also helps with portion control because if I open a big bag of Cheddar and Pepper, I’m probably eating the entire bag!

I haven’t tried this brand before all the flavors sound great, especially looking forward to trying the Coconut Crunch when I see it in a store by me.
