SHOWER—Exfoliate and soften skin in the shower by mixing a handful of Muscle Soak Epsoak Epsom Salt with a tablespoon of shower gel or olive oil and massage onto wet skin. Rinse thoroughly.

FOOT SOAK – Mix one cup of Muscle Soak Epsoak Epsom Salt with warm water in a foot bath and soak feet for 10 minutes to help soothe aches and soften rough skin.

This stuff makes your skin feel amazing.  It really makes it feel soft and your whole body relaxes at the same time.  I don’t have a real spa experience to compare it to but I’m betting using Epsoak comes pretty close and you can treat yourself in the comfort of your own home for a fraction of the cost.  Get 2 pounds of all three varieties for only $21.99 right now on sale!
