It tastes just like banana cream pie so not only does it give me a big boost of protein and energy with an on-the-go drink but it curbs my sweet tooth too!
The shake is packed with 30 grams of protein, only 1g of sugar and 160 calories. It’s perfect for breakfast, after a workout or as a snack to hold you over until dinner time. I love these for myself but I do occasionally give them to my children as well They are awesome when we don’t have a lot of time between school and sports and dinner will be later than usual. A half a shake and a handful of crackers does the trick!
