Now that school is back in session I’m trying to get back into an exercise routine. My favorite way to exercise is walking with a friend — social hour and exercise rolled into one! It doesn’t always work out though with different schedules and I want to make exercise a priority and aim for 5 days a week. On days that I’m solo, I’ve come to love my wireless Sudio headphones.

This is the way I wear my headphones. They hang in a “U” shape under your chin. Mine tend to bounce when I walk so I just tuck them into my shirt a little. I can’t feel them so it’s comfortable and stops the bouncing. There’s a volume control on one side that is easy to use and a very small charging port on the other side that uses a USB cable which is included. The battery lasts up to 8 hours which is awesome! I don’t have to charge my headphones very often at all!
