Basketball has always been my favorite sport. I love the fast paced game. All three of my kids play sports year round but basketball is my favorite one to watch — court side of course, in the warmth of a gym! As a family we love watching college basketball, especially the big tournament in March. Putting together some game day snacks is slam dunk with Foster Farms products, especially when paired with some “dunking” sauces. Foster Farms frozen products are always a hit with my family and make it really easy to make a great game day spread. This time around we picked Foster Farms Crispy Strips, Foster Farms Breast Nuggets, and Foster Farms Corn Dogs (I actually made the mini corn dogs this time around but we love both!).

To take your snacking to the next level you’ll need some great dunking sauces. I like to try new things but also stick to some fan favorites. For this spread we enjoyed Campfire sauce (a family fave), Buffalo Honey Mustard and a Sweet/Spicy Orange dipping sauce. For the campfire sauce, just combine mayo and barbecue to taste. The Buffalo Honey Mustard is another simple recipe:

1 Cup Honey Mustard Dressing

1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce

1 Teaspoon Barbecue Sauce

The Sweet/Spicy Orange sauce is a little more complex but worth it! It would also be great for coating the chicken strips if you wanted to do it that way rather than as a dipping sauce. I used this recipe for the sauce.

These Foster Farms products cook up really nicely in the oven or Air Fryer and can be ready in less than 30 minutes! They are very family friendly and with spread there’s sure to be something for everyone to enjoy. I know my kids all have their favorites and like to request their favorite dunking sauces as well.
