I have a veracious sweet tooth. I love candy of all sorts but if it’s a healthier version that makes me feel less guilty about eating it, even better. Lovely Candy Company produces delicious small batch, premium quality confections that are free of gluten, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial colors and flavors. Some are even made with honey which is awesome! I sampled a few of their offerings and as a candy connoisseur I was impressed!
Lovely Honey Gummies: the first gummy candy that features honey (not sugar) as its first ingredient. Made without gelatin and peanut free, these are a fan favorite since they were introduced last year! Gummy bears have been a favorite of mine for a long time and I wasn’t sure these would live up to my expectations but they did! Both the original and sour variety had great flavor and just the right texture. I could eat these all day long!
Lovely Gluten-Free Pretzel Balls – A perfect combination of sweet and salty, these gluten-free treats come in dark chocolate, milk chocolate and salted caramel. Milk chocolate is my go-to chocolate and I am a HUGE fan of the sweet/salty flavor combo. These did NOT disappoint! Again, the texture was perfect with a light crunch and the flavor was on-point! I love that these are gluten-free so I can share them with my mom! They also don’t contain high fructose corn syrup or artificial ingredients!
For a simply yet indulgent treat, Dark Chocolate Honey Patties come through! Made with just two ingredients, these chocolately treats hit the spot. Made with Honey Acres Honey and 99% Cacao you can’t go wrong. They have a rich chocolate flavor pair with the sweetness of honey and are wrapped in gold foil to complete the whole treat experience.
