Mom and renowned pastry chef, Jennifer Bush, was frustrated with the products available on the market because they all contained artificial ingredients and preservatives.  She wanted to create a more wholesome treat for other people who shared her concerns.  She did just that when she founded Ice Box Bakery, a ready-to-bake cookie dough company.  Ice Box Bakery cookie dough is all natural and packaged in slice and bake chubs making it easy for busy moms to bake a batch of cookies in a flash.

I had an opportunity to test out Ice Box Bakery cookie dough.  My family loved the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip variety.  It was great to be able to cook up a quick batch after dinner one night when we were craving a treat.  Slice and bake couldn’t get any easier and these cookies really did taste wholesome yet yummy at the same time.  I appreciated the fact that only quality natural ingredients were used and felt good about letting my children enjoy their treat.
We were given two other varieties to try and since we were going to my husband’s family’s cabin for the weekend I decided to take them along to share.  Unfortunately, we were so busy I forgot to bake them and we accidentally left them in the freezer up there.  I am sure that they are just as tasty as the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and I’m disappointed that I forgot about them!
Don’t forget to bake Dad some cookies for Father’s Day! I don’t think I’ve ever met a dad that doesn’t love cookies!

    I would like to try the Olf Time Peanut Butter ant the Tart Cherry pie. I make up cookie dough to bake later and it is nice and quick to bake a tray when you wnat.

    My favorite would be the
    Double Chocolate chip, as chocolate chip cookies are the best.
