Juice Box Jungle wants to know: “Are you able to carve out at least ten minutes of time for yourself each day? If you only have ten minutes, what do you do with that precious time?”
Since my kiddos are still little and take naps, I am able to get more than ten minutes of kid-free time per day. Do I use it for “me time”? Not usually. That time is best spent doing tasks which are easier to accomplish without kids under foot. I do however take 10 minutes here and there. Mindy and I have both downloaded the app “Words with Friends” for our iphones which is like Scrabble. It’s really cool because we can play against each other and take our turn whenever we have a free moment. One game can take weeks but it’s fun and takes a little bit of brain power.
Sprint has just launched Gaming on the Now Network™, bringing you the first wireless 4G network from a national carrier. So, if you are looking for a “10 minute brain boost”, and happen to be online you can check out the game they are promoting and learn more about “The Now Network” via the JuiceBox widget in our sidebar.
Do you get 10 minutes (or more) of “me time” per day? How do you use it? Let us know by leaving a comment!
Sprint and JuiceBoxJungle have sponsored me to write about what “ten minutes” a day means to me.
