When my kids were little I had a diaper organizer caddy that was great for keeping all my diapering needs handy whether I was upstairs or down or even on-the-go. I had three kids back to back so it got a lot of use but after they were out of diapers, the caddy was useless. It looked baby-ish so I couldn’t really repurpose it for much. That’s why I love the Molly Ollie Mimmo Caddy. It was designed by a mom as a multi-purpose organizer. It would work great as a portable changing or nursing station but the grey felt exterior with turquoise blue interior with 2 removable dividers make it really versatile so it can be used for anything at all stages, not just the baby years.
I like to use mine for road trips as an entertainment organizer. Before I had this I was constantly asked for snacks, to hand back a pair of headphones and to switch out movies. Now they have everything they need at their fingertips and I can get a few peaceful moments.
One section holds a few movies, one section holds the headphones including an extra pair or two because sometimes the batteries go out unexpectedly, and one compartment fits a bag of microwave popcorn. The outside pockets can hold extra treats and snacks.
I’m looking forward to using this organizer in other ways as well. It will be great for arts and crafts. It has 8 pockets of various sizes and a zipper compartment with 5 elastic loops. The polyester lining is easy to clean and the overall construction is quite sturdy. I love that it has handles for easy portability.
