I don’t have a lot of time for a beauty routine so I need products that WORK without a lot of time or effort. Trial and error has brought me to a nightly regimen that takes less than 5 minutes yet has a big payoff.
1. Wash face with Cerave — Cleansing your face is very important to daily care. You should never go to bed with makeup on. My favorite cleanser is CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser. It was recommended by my dermatologist. It’s very gentle yet easily removes dirt, oil and makeup without being harsh. The large bottle lasts for months and is very affordable. I keep one in my shower and one by my bathroom sink and use it morning and night.
2. Apply MD Lash — one swipe of MD Lash Eyelash Conditioner to your lash line each night will give you longer and fuller lashes. This literally takes just seconds to apply but the results are stunning. You do have to be patient with this product because it’s not an overnight miracle. You’ll also need to be very consistent. Trust me, use this nightly and in about 12 weeks your lashes will be so long and full you can skip the mascara! You’ll start seeing results after about 4 weeks but at 12 weeks you eyelashes will look absolutely amazing!

It contains 20% cannabis sativa seed oil and it calms, balances, protects, hydrates and replenishes the skin. I like using this under my eyes and on any dry areas on my face. I use an acne product (Curology) that can be very drying and this really helps to reverse that side effect. The first time I used this product I had a little excess on my fingertips so I rubbed it on my hands. When the weather turns cold my hands get super dry and eventually itchy and rashy. It’s probably a form of eczema. They haven’t gotten too bad yet but the weather is just starting to get cold. My ring finger had a visibly dry patch with some redness.
