Transaction #3:
Buy Crest Pro Health Whitening Toothpaste $3.49, get $3.49
-Use .75/1 coupon from 11/2 PG
Buy Charmin $5.49
-Use .25/1 coupon from 11/2 PG
-Use 5 ECBs from last transaction
=$2.98 oop, get 3 ECBs
