We only have 1 week left from now until July 20 for people to enter the Sun Proof Your Community contest, SHADE® Foundation of America and the Neutrogena® have partnered on Sun Proof Your Community, a nationwide contest this summer to help communities take a step to fight the growing skin cancer epidemic. The contest is a key initiative of the Neutrogena Choose Skin Health campaign, which is also providing FREE SKIN CANCER SCREENINGS nationwide.
We are extending our contest until the 20th, so be sure to enter there first and submit your writings via their facebook page!
HOW TO ENTER the Sun Proof Your Community Contest:
Go to the Choose Skin Health Facebook page at www.facebook.com/chooseskinhealth. Individuals or groups need to submit an essay (250 words or less) telling why a school, park, playground or open community space in their area is in need to win a sun-shade covering — to protect themselves from the harmful effects of the sun! By visiting www.facebook.com/chooseskinhealth, people can also find a local free skin cancer screening in their area.
