Our family has recently started trying to eat a little healthier. My husband suggested adding avocados to our diet. I know they’re healthy but other than that, I didn’t know much about them. Luckily, with perfect timing, I had the opportunity to interview Chef Pati Jinich, host of Pati’s Mexican Table and she was able to answer all of my questions and more!
