Over the past few years I’ve had the opportunity to check out a variety of different tablets for kids. Most recently, the AllDayMall Kids Tablet. This affordable tablet is easy to use and includes parental controls to help establish limits and boundaries for your children. There is a kids mode and a regular tablet mode as well as a multiple profile options which makes it great for the whole family! It comes with a silicone cover to protect the tablet. It’s not a sturdy as others we’ve tried but it does offer protection which is great.
You can create your own numeric password or just use the pre-set math problem feature. My older kids are smart enough to figure out the math problem so I set up my own code.
From the parental controls you can set which apps are for kids to use, find new games, control internet access, see your kids usage and more.
You you can set which apps are for kids to use, set daily and weekly time limits including length of each session, how long between break, and hours of operation (days of the week and hours of the day). I love being able to set these because my kids have been known to get up at the crack of dawn to play with a tablet!
This tablet comes with iwawa, a digital playground with the largest collection of engaging learning apps, videos, and books recommended by educational experts. This makes it easy to choose content for your tablet! Of course you also have access to the app store where you can choose from millions of apps for the whole family. Our favorites are Netflix and YouTube Kids.
