Did you know that 9 out of 10 Americans are not eating the recommended amount of vegetables? I believe it! I know it’s something we struggle with in our house. While my husband and I try to eat salad with dinner, our kiddos don’t really like it. It’s a fight to get them to eat other vegetables. I get creative when I can by sneaking veggies into things like smoothies and muffins and that works but I don’t always have time to make those things.
