Sun protection has always been a high priority for me. Even before I had kids I wore sunscreen daily to protect my face. When my children entered the picture it became even more important. I now have 3 fair skinned little beauties to love and protect.
Over the weekend we celebrated Easter. We did our egg hunt in the backyard then off we went to family’s for dinner. I didn’t realized we’d be outside for the majority of the day and I was not prepared. In fact, sun care didn’t even cross my mind until the day was almost over and I noticed that my daughter’s face was red. Even the most diligent make mistakes sometimes! As soon as we got home I put coconut oil on all of the kid’s faces and put them to bed. We were fortunate that in the morning their faces did not appear to be burnt! The sensitive formula isn’t too thick and goopy like some formulas can be. It does go on white which I actually like because I can see where I put it so I don’t miss any areas. It rubs in and absorbs easily so you won’t be left looking all white and streaky.
