Recently we had the opportunity to host a Bobble Bots Mommy Party. Mommy Parties are always a lot of fun and this party was no exception. The kids were excited to play with their new toys and the moms were excited to learn more about them as well. If you aren’t familiar with Bobble Bots, get aquatinted:
The latest toy craze is the new line of Bobble Bots Moshi Monsters. These mini collectible robotic pets literally buzz around town in their Monstro City playsets. Designed after the popular online world, Monstro City was recreated into configurable replicas of the buildings, streets and more. Each of the four stores comes with one moshling, two cobblestone building tiles, eight brick borders, four grass pieces, two garden patches, one lamp post, one mushroom, one weed and two rocks. The toy sets also come with a secret code that unlocks new content in the online virtual world at www.moshimonsters.com. Battery operated Bobble Bots are propelled by vibration — the same patented vibration technology of the HEXBUG Nano. Set up your neighborhood and watch your Bobble Bots toddle around town.
See them in action:

We didn’t try out the online aspect of Moshi Monster Bobble Bots but the toys were a big hit. My own children use our iPad and iPhones for games and movies but we haven’t really exposed them to the internet or online games yet. I’ll be waiting until they are a little older for that (mine are 4, 3 and 1).
Have you experienced Bobble Bots yet? What did you think of them? Cute, right?
