My children have never really had a fear of the dark. In fact, just the opposite. The like to sleep with their doors closed and prefer the darkness. That being said, they’ve always loved light up toys, flashlights etc. Day or night, they are drawn to toys with lights. I tend to like them as well because all three of my kids play nicely together when these types of toys are involved. For kids who have a fear of the dark, light up toys can be a lifesaver.

A 45 minute timer makes sure that the lights are turned off if your child happens to fall a sleep with it on. It’s a really neat toy that my kids love with the potential as a problem solver for kids with sleep problems.
