My son has been having THE WORST time teething this week but we were OUT of diapers so I made a quick trip to Rite Aid and Albertsons since they are right next to each other and pampers are on sale for $9.99 at Albertsons this week. I got two jumbo packs of diapers and used two $1.50 off pampers coupons that I had. I also used a $5 off $25 or more Haggen coupon since Albertsons accepts other store coupons. I got the coupon from a brochure type Haggen mailing from my local Haggen store. It had one $5 off $25 or more coupon for each week through August (I think). I picked up a few other items I needed to bring the total to over $25. I also bought two Stoffers family sized lasagna and used the $5 off two from the Albertsons flyer. A catalina printed for $1.50 off Pampers and $.75 off Swipers PLUS both packs of diapers had $1.50 off coupons in them that are good until DECEMBER! Thank goodness since we’ll have two in diapers come mid December- I’ll have to stock up!
There are a couple of good promos going on at Albertsons this week. I will try to post about them later today or tomorrow with some coupon matching.
At Rite Aid I picked up a box of Electrasol dishwasher tabs that were on sale for $2.99. I had a $2.25 off coupon from Sunday’s insert. I paid a dollar even with tax. I also picked up the Single Check Rebate flyer for July which had a $2.00 rebate on the dishwasher tabs. $1 profit! Yay!

I did not know that Albertsons will accept other store’s coupons–is this your local one or is this a storewide policy? What type of other store coupons will they accept? Just $’s off or some type of $ off your total purchase? Will they accept the $5/50 that come in the other stores weekly newspaper sales flyer?

Hi Nicole! I THINK it’s a storewide policy- all the Albertsons in our area accept other store coupons. I don’t know if they have to be grocery store coupons or not. It couldn’t hurt to try, say, a CVS coupon and see if they’d accept it. Does your store double or triple coupons? I’m not really sure what their policy is, I just remembered that they took competetors coupons. It’s been awhile since I’ve shopped there

you should check out walgreens this week for a good diaper deal, I ended up with 18 packs of diapers. Paid 25.62 out of pocket, got back $30 in register rewards. I bought a couple of fans for our house (hot here) and some odds and ends.
