1 pork loin
1 jar of apricot or peach jam (size doesn’t matter)
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
Barbara says “Throw them all in the crockpot in the morning and it’s ready for dinner. If I’m home in the afternoon, I cut it into chunks so that the flavor seeps all the way through, and then it flakes when you cut it, which is popular with my kids.”
