I’ve tried my fair share of healthy snack bars and I like most of them alright. The ones that are made up essentially of seeds are usually held together with honey and are somewhat chewy. Elemental Seedbars are made with nuts and seeds and even honey but they have a completely different texture which changes everything about them in a good way! These bars are the perfect amount of crunchy. They aren’t sticky sweet but they taste GOOD. Honestly, they are the best bars of this type that I’ve tried. My personal favorite is the Dark Chocolate + Peanut Butter but they also come in Currant Cacao + Hemp Seed, Mulberry Cacao + Spirlina and Cranberry Almond + lucuma which are equally good.
Elemental Seedbars are organic, raw, gluten and dairy free. They are high in protein and fiber and loaded with omaga-3s and omega-6’s. They great for snacking or even for breakfast on-the-go. Since they come individually wrapped, they’re great for keeping in your purse or glove compartment for when hunger strikes. That way you’ll always have a healthy snack handy.
