The Hubs has a new obsession. First, he had to have a theater room so he bought a screen and a projector. That was awhile ago. Recently he thought he wanted to buy a [amazon_link id=”B00752NJMC” target=”_blank” ]3D TV[/amazon_link] until he discovered that they now make a [amazon_link id=”B005C982NG” target=”_blank” ]3D projector[/amazon_link]! I’m sure it won’t be long until one finds it’s way into our house. While the price tag is pretty steep, I’m not resisting as much as I might because we keep getting all of these new movies with a 3D copy and I dream of how cool they would look.
The 2003 megahit, [amazon_link id=”B00867GHS8″ target=”_blank” ]Finding Nemo[/amazon_link], has just been translated into stunning 3D and was released, today, December 4th, 2012. While the story remains the same, the undersea world is transformed into stunning 3D that makes this Disney-Pixar tale even more enjoyable. This story about a parents love and devotion starts when Nemo, a young clownfish is captured by scuba divers after he ventures into dangerous territory despite his father Marlin’s warnings. Marlin will stop at nothing to find Nemo along with the help of Dory, a blue fish with short-term memory loss voiced by Ellen DeGeneres. Their adventure is full of action as they encounter various sea creatures including jellyfish, sharks, sea turtles, pelicans and more. Meanwhile, Nemo is plopped into a fish tank in a dentist’s office in Australia. When the occupants of the tank hear his story they plot to help him return to the sea so he can be reunited with his father. Finding Nemo 3D is filled with heartwarming emotions and plenty of humor that keeps kids and adults alike fully entertained. The five disc combo pack retails for around $50. It is also available as a 3 disc Blu-ray combo pack, a 3D Digital only and a HD Digital DVD.
