Once upon a time I tried my hand at Photoshop. It was too complicated for me and took way more time than I have. Recently, I’ve found that I really like editing photos with apps on my phone. Since I take all my photos with my phone anyway, it’s really convenient. I really like Word Swag but it only puts text on images. Whenever I wanted to apply a filter I’d have to use Instagram. Many times I didn’t really want to publish the image to my feed but I’d have to to get the image for my blog post. Then they were square, even if I didn’t want them to be.
With the free Fotor app I can apply filters, crop photos, apply text, make collages and more! It’s like all of my favorite apps in one! I can’t believe it’s free. Of course there are some upgrades like purchasing additional frames etc. but it’s loaded with options that you don’t have to pay for. Another awesome thing about Fotor? It’s available for Windows, Windows 8, Mac, Android and iPhone so even if you don’t have a smartphone, you can still use it from your computer. In fact, there are more fun options online. I’m pretty excited about the Father’s Day card designs that I can add my own images to and edit to my personal taste — all for FREE! I can have it printed, print it at home or even share it on social media.
