About a month ago I got a new jacket. You might be thinking that is odd timing for a new coat but living in the Seattle area jackets can be worn year-round! Last week it was hailing but yesterday it was in the upper 80’s. Starting tomorrow we’ll have at least a week of rainy days. The Free Country 3-in-1 jacket is perfect for the winter/spring transition and beyond! It’s stylish and versatile with a lightweight outer shell made with Free Country Radiance fabric that has a special coating making it water and wind resistant. The inner jacket is polyfilled and can be worn on it’s own or zipped into the shell for added warmth. I’ve worn this jacket all three ways over the last month — that’s how much our weather varies!
Since it’s t-ball season, I’m often out in the wind and rain. If it’s cold I wear the shell with the inner jacket. It’s the only jacket I have that has a hood and effectively blocks the wind and rain. It’s perfect! I also love the inner jacket by itself. It’s grey, one of my favorite colors, so it goes with anything. I wear it a lot in the mornings before the weather warms up or on rainy days if I’m just running errands. I love the flexibility of this 3-in-1 jacket and it’s perfect for the Pacific Northwest climate. The inner jacket easily zips into the shell but since I switch things around so much I usually just wear them together — no zipping required!
Now is a great time to buy a jacket too because since most people are buying shorts and flip flops, jackets tend to be on clearance. You can get this Gander 3-in-1 Jacket System for only $64 right now. Plus, Mommies with Cents readers can take an extra 10% off with code MOMMIES! It’s normally $160.00 so this is a super good deal! You’ll find jackets for the whole family at Free Country, the leading lifestyle apparel brand that produces recreational outerwear, activewear and swimwear for men, women and children.
Free Country apparel is available for purchase on their website www.freecountry.com as well as at numerous major retailers, such as Kohl’s, JC Penney, Bass Pro Shops and additional specialty stores.
