I know Holly posted previously about making baby food, so I thought it was a good time to chime in with some tips of how to feed healthy items to your toddler and actually getting them to eat it! WholesomeToddlerFood is a GREAT site with fast and easy recipes for making food for toddlers. The site offers great recipes from breakfast to dinner and includes snacks. Getting your child to eat healthy is not as hard as it always seems. It’s just about hiding the healthy food sometimes as I have now learned with my 15 month old. Be sure to check out the section on picky eaters if you have a child like mine.
