The top hotels in San Francisco, including the Ritz-Carlton and Joie de Vivre hotels use Vaska. If luxury hotels are using Vaska to wash their finest linens surely it is good enough for my family!
In August, the San Francisco Giants also started using Vaska exclusively to wash player uniforms. If it can get them clean, I have no doubt it can handle everyday laundry, including the messes that kids make. I put it to the test and was not disappointed. The formula is more liquid than traditional liquid detergents- more like water than syrup- but that didn’t make a difference at all in it’s performance. It was actually easier to measure and made less of a mess. Our clothes came out clean but without the soapy perfumed smell that many other detergents have. I’m on the fence with fragranced detergents. I know that it’s unnecessary and filled with chemicals but sometimes I like that “clean” scent. I go back and forth with dye/fragrance free detergents and scented ones. I am sure that one is better than the other for our skin etc. and I love that Herbatergent has a lavender scented version that is chemical free and safe for my family. I would love to try it out! Herbatergent Scent Free got the job done and I was pleased with the results and glad to do my part to help keep our earth healthy.
