You are probably already doing this but if you aren’t- consider this:
The average American consumes more than 3,200 half gallons of milk during their lifetime but only 2 % of the paper cartons are recycled. It takes more than one trillion kilowatt hours of energy and more than 740 million tons of greenhouse gases to manufacture, ship, and provide landfill space for that many milk cartons. The same amount of energy could power New York City for 16 years!!
