“You could drive to the pet store every weekend to buy a five pound bag of food for Fido or Fluffy. Or you could buy a 30 pound bag and save your Saturday mornings for playing with your four legged friend. Buying pet food in bulk has the same advantages as buying bulk goods at the supermarket- it cuts down on packaging waste and trips to the store. Bulk pet food is often less expensive, too. If you feed your pets canned food, be sure to recycle the metal cans.”
