My four year old son is obsessed with Transformers. It all started when my husband had a conversation about what toys he used to play with as a child, then proceeded to find a Transformers cartoon video on YouTube. Now it’s all we hear about. All day. Every day. So when I got the opportunity to review a costume from HalloweeenCostumes.com. There’s nothing sweeter than smiles on my children’s faces so when I saw the Bumblebee costume I knew Jackson had to have it. There was no way I was going to make him wait until Halloween either. This awesome suit is made from lightweight 100% polyester with a Velcro closure at the back of the neck that makes it easy to get on and off. It features foam attachments for the shoulders, lower arms and shins to give the costume a 3D look. It comes with a plastic molded mask that fastens with an elastic band. The mask fit Jackson perfectly and I was very pleased that the eye holes were large enough not to obstruct his vision. The mask is also well ventilated unlike some other masks. We also received the Bumblebee gloves to complete the outfit.
It’s no secret that Jackson is a fan of Transformers and since Transformers 3 is coming out there are a lot of Transformers products at stores right now. He got an Optimus Prime suit for his birthday. It’s cool but doesn’t compare to the 3D suit from HalloweenCostumes.com. Other Transformers suits are available including suits for toddlers through adults. I’m guess these will be really popular this year so if you have a child (or hubby hee hee!) who has their heart set on being a Transformer, I suggest you shop early! For the less picky, shop the up to 90% off Clearance section! I spotted a toddler Angel costume for only $2.99! I know Halloween is a ways off but it might pay off to shop early!
