My kids take lunch to school almost every day. It’s astonishing how many ziplock bags we go through! Bumkins reusable snack bags are a much better option — and much cuter too! They come in two sizes (Large and small) and many, many different designs including the Nintendo themed ones. When my kids were little I used Bumkins bibs exclusively because they were so easy to wash and they air dry super fast too. The snack bags are made out of the same material making them really easy to care for. Depending on what you use them for, they can often just be rinsed out and reused once they are dry. They are also machine washable when they need a little deeper cleaning or can even be tossed into the dishwasher! They’re great for snacks like crackers and chips, sandwiches, veggies and so much more. Use a large bag for the main meal and the smaller bags for sides.
The bags have a smooth zipper closer that keeps crumbs in. They have a single ply construction so you won’t have to worry about moisture or anything icky getting between layers of fabric. They are PVC, Vinyl, Phthalate and Lead free and have been lab-tested safe for food. You can use them for other things too like toys, toiletries or electronics. These bags are very well made and last a long time. Using them for packing lunches will not only save money but also the environment! The kids love them and I feel good about not contributing to more waste!
