I used to think that dressing my girls up in pretty, frilly dresses for the holidays was necessary. Then I came to my my senses and my practical roots. They only wear the dresses once or twice and they aren’t comfortable. Now, instead, for the holidays I like to get them a cute new outfit that they can wear anytime. The Children’s Place is my go-to source for affordable clothing and accessories. This year I was able to snag coordinating outfits for my girls for less than $50 shipped!
First, I came across these hats. I thought they were adorable. They come in pink, black and white. Prices vary depending on when you shop but I picked up two of these hats for $7.16 each. I didn’t want my girls to match exactly so I got a black hat and a pink hat. They are the same size so they’ve been able to share them!
Next I picked out a scarf for each of the girls. These were only $7.56 each. They are so cute I’m considering getting them another one for their stocking! There are quite a few designs and colors available.
I like to stick with basics so I can mix and match outfits so I got the girls solid colored long sleeve tees. They are anything but plain though because each of them are embellished with rhinestones. I got my older daughter a black one.
My younger daughter got a white one. These adorable tees were only $5.97 each! These shirts and accessories paired well with jeans and shoes that we already had (Native shoes on Parker and Umi Shoes boots on McKinley).
