I can not reiterate enough to contact Customer Service about issues you may have with products (or even to give them praise about their products). I contacted Pampers because the box of diapers we had kept having the tabs rip off. It only happened to a couple of diapers, but diapers are expensive and I just wanted to let them know. I received 3 coupons that were $10 off of a Mega pack or larger!!! I was SO excited! I wouldn’t stop buying Pampers because of the tabs ripping off since it was only a couple, but I am not going to lie and say I haven’t been considering buying cheaper brands like the Walmart brand and trying them out. Luckily, the CVS deal the other week helped me stock up. Anyways, read more on benefits of contacting customer service here.
That’s awesome! I had a similar problem with Target diapers a few weeks ago. I’ve been using (and loving) Target brand diapers for several years but suddenly I had a box where the tabs ripped off right away on several diapers. I e-mailed customer service to let them know and they promptly sent me a $10 Target gift card.
