To me, a basic sandwich is meat and sliced cheese on regular bread. So while my sandwich “recipe” isn’t the most creative ever, it’s definitely a change from my family’s norm. The hubs and I both really enjoyed my Italian Turkey Ciabatta Sandwich concoction.
Of course the main ingredient was the all-natural and delicious Foster Farms Slow Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. I used Ciabatta bread, spinach, black olives, feta cheese and Italian dressing to switch things up a little.
I layered turkey slices on the bottom slice of bread. I tossed the spinach generously with the Italian dressing then put it on the top slice of bread. Then I added the feta and olives. Next time I want to try it in a tortilla wrap — does that count as a sandwich? Either way, this combination of ingredients really hits the spot!
Do you have a really great sandwich recipe? Don’t forget to enter the for a chance to win a Napa Valley luxury vacation or $4000 cash!
