My kids haven’t outgrown play dough yet and they are 14, 12 and 11. They still love squishing soft dough between their fingers and molding it into different shapes. The Land of Dough is an awesome brand I’ve recently discovered that makes eco-friendly dough with plant-based colors and compostable glitters. They even package it in paper to minimize the environmental impact of their product.
The dough is made in the USA in a wind-powered facility that uses reclaimed landfill gas as a heat source. Even their signature wood play tools are sourced using sustainable forestry practices. Each batch is handcrafted with the finest natural ingredients and the end result is a dough with a great texture.
We are really loving their Vampire Dough available for the Halloween season. This Luxe Dough Cup features a multi-layered design that looks like a cute and friendly looking vampire with sparkly glitter. The main base of this dough is grey and when the colors of the vampire get mixed in it will be a great color for sculpting bats, coffins, spiders and more. Keep the lid on to keep dough soft or let your creations air dry to keep them!
The consistency of this dough is perfectly soft and squishable. It feels great in your hands and is soothing just to squeeze over and over. It’s so amazing I had to take a quick video to try to demonstrate how lovely it is! The calming essential oils in the dough are an added benefit!
