I have never really thought to buy groceries online. How nice and convenient would that be though? I dread the thought of the grocery store. I have 3 kids which leaves no room for groceries in the cart! Not to mention, I have to control the kids while trying to remember what I need while making sure I get everything on my list.
Meijer.com challenged me to test their online grocery section by providing me $50. Obviously, my eyes are drawn immediately to the word “Sale.” Many items were on sale from flour, to peanut butter, to paper products and much more! Secondly, my eyes were drawn to the baby section. From what I noticed, the prices are pretty much the same as they are in the store- if not a little bit cheaper. The only thing that would be hard for me to get used to is the fact of not using any coupons. Plus, a shipping fee is involved.
So, I purchased 2 big boxes of diapers for $21.99 each (which shipped free) and 4 packages of spaghetti noodles (that were on sale). The box arrived roughly 4 days later, packaged perfectly so the noodles wouldn’t break. There was also a 10% coupon included for my next order of $100 or more.
If you have a hard time getting out of the house for whatever reason though, I definitely recommend online grocery shopping from Meijer.com for your shopping needs. The prices are spot on and the process was quick and easy!
