Sadly, my kids have less than a month left of summer vacation. That means it is time for mom to start thinking about preparing for the start of the school year. Shopping for school clothes and school supplies are topping my list of priorities. Here in Arizona, the start of the school year is HOT so it’s more important than ever for the kids to bring water to school every day. In fact, for the ENTIRE year one of the top questions I ask my kids before leaving the house is “Do you have your water bottle?” For that reason, we like to start off the year with a brand new bottle so the kids are more excited to actually use it and get back into the habit of filling a bottle every morning.

For the kids we usually stick with the sport type bottles like the one above from MyBevi’s Hydration Collection. They can easily take this from school straight to baseball/softball practice. The stainless steel construction not only holds up to the most rugged use but the double wall vacuum insulation keeps water ice cold for hours at time, even in high temperatures — this is a must for us!
The shape of this bottle is unique. It has a rounded/square body with four flat sides which makes it easy to gri[ and the tapered body styles fits into most cup holders. This particular style comes in black, white, turquoise or Fuchsia — all of which look so good it will be hard to pick a favorite!
One thing I really love about this bottle is the lid. It’s a threaded twist on, twist off style to keep spills to a minimum and the lid stays tethered to the bottle so it doesn’t get lost!
