One of my family’s favorite places to eat out is Olive Garden. When I heard about the Four Course Festa Italiana deal starting at just $12.99, it was a great excuse to take the family to dinner. We went for an early Saturday night dinner. The kids were super excited about the new kids menus that come with stickers and the mac & cheese that said “ask about the secret sides”. My husband ordered his standard Chicken Parmigiana. It’s his favorite and he rarely orders something else. I, myself, can’t pass up a deal so I went for the Four Course Feast Italiana:
For the first course you get to choose from unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks. I absolutely love the Chicken & Gnocchi soup. I really like the salad too so it’s a tough choice but I usually go for the soup and that’s what I did this time.
Next, I got to choose an appetizer from the following options:
- Crispy Risotto Bites
- Chicken Meatballs
- Roasted Garlic Hummus
I was curious about the hummus but I had to try the risotto bites. They are described as a bite-sized blend of Italian cheeses and rice, lightly fried and served with marinara sauce.
Unfortunately, my son suddenly started feeling ill just as the appetizer was served and we had to ask the servedr to pack up our meal to go. They were really great about it and I took the kids to the car while my husband paid the bill.
For the main course, there were several options at the $12.99 price point:
- Asiago Tortelloni with Meat Sauce
- Tri-Colored Penne with Marinara
- Spaghetti with Five Cheese Marinara

- Dark Chocolate Caramel Cream
- Limoncello
- Strawberry & White Chocolate
- Chocolate Mousse
Even though our meal came to a quick end we were able to enjoy it at home. It was packed up very nicely and they even included the signature mints that usually accompany the bill. Most of the items we ordered were favorites and ones we often order. The Crispy Risotto Bites were new for us and we really liked them! I actually wish I had a plate of them to snack on right now — too bad Olive Garden doesn’t deliver!
