I am not a coffee lover, so my husband is reviewing Peet’s Coffee. I have to say that when I opened the box it came in though, it smelled SO good. I could sit and smell the coffee bags all day!
Peet’s Coffee organized a coffee tasting kit to highlight coffees from 3 distinct parts of the world – East Africa, Sumatra and Colombia. The kit includes coffee specially ground for the enclosed press pots and tasting instructions on which flavors to look for and to show the distinctions between each region – much like wine tasting. My husband opened it all up right away and got to “work” using the press pots and coffee. I thought it was really neat! Unfortunately, I am not sure what happened as he followed the instructions, but coffee grinds were left after he pressed the coffee grinds. 🙁 It still smelled really good though. We’ve sampled Peet’s Coffee before (errr…should I say my husband) and loved it. He gobbled it right up and, if you remember, we went and bought a grinder right away. So, I know the coffee is really good!!

LOVE Peet’s Coffee! Just wish there were more stores around and that it wasn’t so expensive at the grocery store!
